Guarantee of Repair for DAC A-1

Though we have burned in for more than 100 hours and check carefully before shipping, some problems still may occur during the running.

If the product you buy has any problems (manufacturing defects which is not inflicted by the user), customers can ship it back to us, we will repair it for free.

First year :

We will repair it for free. Without any parts, labor,  and shipping charge. You can choose the way of   "freight payable at destination" to send back the product. We will pay for both ways (to and fro) shipping charges.

After the fist year:

We will repair it for free, without any parts and labor charges. But you should pay for the shipping charge we send you back.

User inflicted problems repair guarantee:

Customers should pay for both ways (to and fro) shipping charges and the cost of parts. Labor charge is free.

Please note: If the product has no real problem , we will don't cover any cost..
